Tracy Evans
Funeral planner
Tracy previously ran her own floristry business, where her gentle nature provided respite for the bereaved families who came to her for funeral flowers. In her new role, she provides support and tenderness from the very first phone call right the way through to the funeral. Tracy is adept at ensuring every request is handled with the utmost care and is meticulous with her attention to detail.
Martin Sancto

Martin is a fount of knowledge when it comes to all aspects of funeral directing. Whether he’s sorting out the details of a multi-faith service or leading a funeral procession, he approaches every task with careful attention and compassion. Martin has a keen understanding of what is possible and carefully listens to the families’ wishes, seamlessly bringing their ideas and requests to life.
Michael Bontiff
Funeral director
Michael has worked in nearly every aspect of the business since joining Harold White, and currently devotes the majority of his time to directing and organising funerals. Highly experienced in organising horse-drawn processions and much more besides, Michael is an invaluable member of the team.
Etta White
Owner
Having run her own international business for many years before taking over at Harold White, Etta enjoys nurturing relationships and finding common ground. She is extremely proud to be a first female, and fifth generation owner, and is deeply committed to ensuring that Harold White continues to be one of the most trusted names in the funeral care industry.
Rommalee Young
Owner
With qualifications in HR and many years of management experience, Rommalee works with empathy and diplomacy to ensure best practice throughout every aspect of the business. She believes that as guardians of a family business with such deep roots, it is their responsibility to remain loyal to the original ethos whilst faithfully and respectfully moving things forwards.
Courtney White
Owner
Residing in southern Australia, Courtney isn’t involved with the day-to-day running of the business but her knowledge of working across different sectors gives her a valuable perspective when it comes to our key decision making. Generous and warm-hearted, she is keen to see the business thrive and preserve the legacy for future generations.
David Nock
Technical consultant
As a talented troubleshooter and problem solver, David helps out with all sorts at Harold Whites but it’s with his 25 years of extensive work within IT that he makes his greatest contribution. As Etta’s partner, David feels privileged to play his role in the family business.
Dan Young
Creative consultant
Having worked for clients across many different industries, Dan is experienced in all areas of visual communication. Married to Rommalee and keen to contribute to the Harold White story, he is collaborating with other specialist creatives and marketeers to help shape the face of the business whilst upholding the well-established values.
